Or would a whole album of songs by 'the Dazzlings' be incredibly awesome?
Seriously, just think about it... a whole album, comprised just of villain songs!
And it wouldn't even have to just be variants of Battle Of The Bands tailored to different contexts... First off, in one of the teaser clips, mention is made that the trio was banished, presumably from Equestria; lyrics based around their initial reaction to that could be interesting. Then of course, there's the ever-classic "I Am Awesome" song; Trixie and Rainbow Dash got one, and somehow I get the feeling Adagio wouldn't be above doing one for herself, likely (accurately) building herself up as a paragon of sexiness. 
Then Aria would want to do one (probably about how she hates everyone and everything) and Sonata would get in on the action with a more cheerful, upbeat song with innocent lyrics that make you double-take if you think about them too much... And last, I would like to hear a complete, uninterrupted version of Welcome To The Show. Throw in Battle Of The Bands and Under Our Spell, and that's seven songs right there, with maybe room for a couple more.
I think I'm on to something, here. Hasbro, make it happen!
