I'm struggling to write everything that's running around in my head. The Scion of Harmony has been testing the limits of my imagination. I've got pages of notes and personal comments that are all fighting for my attention as I pull together the next few chapters.
I'm actually seven whole chapters of written content (about 30K words) ahead of publication right now. I've been slowly releasing what I have so I don't make the mistakes I did on the last book of not being able to go back and change certain things before the story gets out in the wild. I feel I'm in a good place right now and things are going to fall nicely on schedule. The last few chapters have been hard though. I just got done with my edit pass on Pinkie Pie's content—probably the hardest part I've had to write so far in this book. I can't wait to share it.
This book has been three months in the making. I'm excited for it to be done, but I don't want to rush it. Hopefully everyone can hang in there as I work to finish what I started while keeping the quality and consistency high.
Are you still writeing, or is Scion of Harmony on hiatus?
