Twilight goes crazy from realizing that everything had been preordained by destiny, from her friendships to her becoming Celestia's student to her ascension, and kills herself.
Twilight discovers that she was never meant to become a princess; Celestia had been manipulating her destiny from day one so that she'd have a companion to accompany her, having been driven mad by years of watching other ponies die.
Shining Armor is not Twilight's brother; Twilight's parents convinced him he was their son so they could leech off his status as captain
Cadence is not really an alicorn princess; she transformed herself to achieve royalty status
Celestia alters the history books, omitting all of Equestria's tragedies, in a misguided attempt to protect the ponies
Twilight's parents pushed her into studying magic
The Mane 6 were all forced into who they are by a deity of destiny
Celestia and Luna never wanted to rule Equestria
Celestia and Luna have been secretly driven mad by their long lives
I'm sorry, it's just everything about MLP just seems to infuriate me.
I like a lot of what i've readed. Only two things that bothers me is Shining Armor and family stuff. Too much harsh.

I was in a bad mood at the time.
I'm thinking of using some those ideas for my RPG story. Mainly the Shinning Armour not being Twilight's brother and the Celestia going mad.
