You will surely remember Scribbler, who did the audiobook for this story, and was on the panel for the Heroic Review's excellent analysis of the same. She also organized the charity effort for Pounce, (also plugged in this space a while back) after he was financially buried by medical bills. The fandom stepped up to the plate for him.
