All This New Content Is Too Much To Bear!!! · 2:39pm Sep 24th, 2014
Well then, with all the new stuff that Equestria Daily has been pulling out recently, they've managed to not only keep my hype alive, but they've also managed to maximise it to a phenomenal state with all these new pictures. I'll be going through them in as much detail as I can, so that you guys and gals can see my points of view.
First off: We've got some new characters being made into humans. And if there are some familiar faces here, they're getting a lot of screentime. Check the shots below:
Lyra and Bon-Bon (I can only assume that this Lyra wants to be a pony, if that's the case, I could swap those two around in seconds.)
DERPY!!! (Well, who didn't see this coming?)
Maud (Well, it's not called Rainbow ROCKS without her, now isn't it?)
I actually have no clue what she's wearing, but I assume that's Rarity, sporting a Daft Punk suit.
???? (But seriously, who is this?!)
Bulk Biceps (Otherwise known as Snowflake or Roid Rage. That was a surprising image, I won't lie)

Alright then, that was all the new characters. Now we're getting into the new images from the movie. Keep in mind, there will be a few spoilers due. But anyways, let's move on, shall we?
From what this image is telling us, it looks like Flash burned Twilight, and he burned her pretty hard. Look at those tears she makes as Flash gives her that scornful look. (It's faded, but visible.)
This image is what surprises me the most, from what it's telling us, it looks like the final attack scene, which could give away a lot of spoilers. I can only assume those three dragons are The Dazzlings, who have taken on their final forms to try and conquer both worlds, but are stopped by a Robot Unicorn Attack joke. I was hoping they'd become half-pony, half-human with massive amounts of dark magic behind them, like in The Ultimate Show, but hey, Dragons are just as badass for a final battle sequence.
Now that is Adorkable if I ever saw it. (By the way, Adorkable is now a valid word in the dictionary. Your mind has been blown.)
Well, it looks like Trixie is going to play a part in this film in the end. Now then, this makes it the, what? 3rd time she's stood in the way of Twilight? I can assume that Trixie will be a rival in this thing, but The Dazzlings will still remain the main villains. It would make a lot of sense in a way, when you think about it.
And just for good measure, here's some FlashLight shipping for you all. Because apparently the first film didn't get enough FlashLight scenes to enrage us.

and finally, HOLY CELESTIA! that fight with the dazzlings and that rainbow alicorn looks awesome! can't wait!
wait. why is twilight dressed like nerdy science teacher anyway. granted, she is nerdy and science is her thing, which is odd when you think about it since she is the embodiment of magic itself and normally magic and science contradict each other
