Another Crossover Idea

I'm not doing this one, but I had an idea for a MLP - Cyborg 009 crossover. I even worked out who would be who.

Update. I've changed who is who, and made it my tumblr. I changed some powers and game some new ones.

001 : Twilight,
same as powers in MLP but without 001's need to sleep
Stuck as a filly forever. Her magic was so powerful that it started killing her own body. Her father, being a scientist, replaced her body parts as they failed.

Team Leader

002 : Rainbow Dash,
Rockets in rear legs, can 'accelerate' to mach 5, and can do sonic rainboom without rockets
Injured in Young Fliers Competition incident that resulted in four deaths and one near death (her). The supersonic speeds damaged her organs and she couldn't pull up in time. Her rear legs were utterly destroyed in the impact, but the rest was intact.
Aerial Assault

003 : Fluttershy,
10x optical zoom, can see x-rays, infrared, ultra violet, and can hear over greater ranges, but with the Stare. Can talk with animals directly, (deeper than in show) Can boost her friends cranial radio power to allow global reach
Kidnapped by White Mare Monarchy.
Team Recon and Intelligence Hub

004 : Rarity,
Minigun in one foreleg, retractable blade in other, rocket launcher in one rear leg, mini nuke in chest (single use, self destructive power)
Perished in Young Fliers Competition incident, due to her own actions. Of the four casualties, she was chosen to undergo extensive reconstruction. The optics appear sub par, but they work just as well

Living Weapon

005 : Applejack,
Super strength, far beyond that of her companions. Skin is also far stronger than the rest.
Worked herself nearly to death. Was offered a chance to 'improve her abilities' to help her farm. Hasn't been able to return since.
Team Tank

006 : Pinkie,
Hooves can reshape into sharp scoops or picks to dig through material. Can produce super hot plasma from mouth. Pinkie Sense.
Mildly injured in a bakery fire. Used as an excuse to include her in the 00 project. Her only complaint is she can't also spit confetti.
Mole

007 : Sweetie belle,
Using a reshaping body (006 being a prototype for this), and magic, she can turn into just about anything, though she isn't great at it and tends to have obvious giveaways, most notably, not being able to totally hide her horn.
Kidnapped by White Mare Monarchy while searching for 004. While presumed dead, no body was found and 007 kept searching until she looked in the wrong place.
Infiltration

008 : Apple Bloom,
Her artificial lungs can filter oxygen from the water like a fish. She can share this with others or use it herself. Her hooves expand into fins when in water. Artificial extra eyelids allowing for clear vision under water. She can give off a mild electrical discharge every few minutes. It's weak and short ranged, and only effective underwater, but it is a weapon.
Drowned in a local pond. 005 had been refusing to follow orders, but agreed to obey if they saved 008.
Aquatic Assault

009 : Scootaloo,
Her body hides a collapsible scooter that allows her to move very fast over land. Can 'accelerate' where her body simply moves faster. To her, it appears as though time is slowing down. While in this mode, she moves at up to Mach 10. Cannot fly.
Adopted from an orphanage by White Mare Monarchy.
Speed Demon

0010+, 0010- : Flim and Flam,
Each can 'accelerate' to Mach 10, and shoot lightning. Touching each other is fatal for both, instantly.

0011 : Shining Armor
Can hover, shoot lasers, missiles, and is nearly impervious. Body is completely artificial and non-pony like.
Wounded trying to protect 001 from White Mare Monarchy soldiers. Was brainwashed into serving, and later turned into a nearly total machine to attack his sister. Only his mind is left.

0012 : Discord,
A living house. Can manipulate self in any way he sees fit.

0013 : Babs Seed, (Yeah, I changed it)
Can accelerate to Mach 11. Is actually a cyborg and a giant robot tethered together. Cannot disobey the White Mare. If she does, both self destruct.

Black ghost - Celestia
Can accelerate to Mach 11. 2x more powerful magic than 001. Impervious to all tested weapons. Rules much of the known world.

Dr. Gilmore : Spike
While not a scientist, Spike was present for the whole project. He's older (a bit older than a teen dragon, but 'teen Spike' sized), and learned a bit of engineering to repair them as needed. He was 001's friend for a long time while she was captured and studied. After learning enough to put her back together, he freed her and the others.

Changes to MLP canon. Obviously a lot of the episodes don't happen or happen differently to account for the missing ponies.
Twilight never met the others. The other 5 are loose friends.
Spike is older than Twilight. (About 150 years old)
NMM never existed. Instead, Luna fled Equestria and Celestia. She is in hiding. Location: Unknown.
Discord is enslaved by Celestia. Is turned into a cyborg later.

During "Sonic Rainboom":
Is set earlier.
Rarity cast the spells, not Twilight.
When she fell, Rainbow Dash did not catch her.
Rarity and the Wonderbolts died from the fall.
Rainbow Dash couldn't pull out of the dive and skidded/ crashed. She lost her rear legs but survived.
Fluttershy tried to find their remains but was kidnapped with them.

During "Applebuck Season":
Applejack didn't have any friends to help (except Pinkie Pie).
Instead of receiving help, she is offered the chance to become strong enough to take care of her farm by hersefl.

During "Call of the Cutie":
Apple Bloom accidentally sets fire to Sugarcube Corner while baking.
Pinkie Pie is hospitalized and vanishes.

During "Over a Barrel":
Is set earlier
Big Macintosh goes instead of Applejack.
Apple Bloom, having only Granny Smith for supervision, drowns.

During "The Show Stoppers":
Is set later
Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo don't participate because they had lost Apple Bloom.
They go to Apple Bloom's funeral but find the body is a fake.
Sweetie Belle ends up in Canterlot and is kidnapped.

During "The Cutie Mark Chronicles":
The 00-cyborgs talk to each other about their origins. 001 is still kept secret from them.
Scootaloo keeps digging to find her friends and invades capture
Scootaloo is adopted at the end and is turned into the final cyborg.

During "Boast Busters":
Set later. None of the cast meet her.
Ursa Minor still destroys Ponyville.
Trixie is arrested for this. Chooses to become a cyborg to get out of jail time.
