That's right! Bootsy Slickmane and I are doing another competition fic! Now, for those of you who don't know, a few months ago Bootsy and I took a simple story prompt, being Diamond Tiara has Insomnia, and wrote a story about it, seeing how wildly different our stories would be. And man were they different. While I concentrated more on comedy, Bootsy concentrated more on...something else. Realistic I suppose? Either way, both stories did pretty well.
Well, thanks to this success we decided to do another challenge fic! Now, I won't spoil what it's about, but it's a good prompt. Now, I know what you all are saying: Mattricole is just gonna do another comedy that's not even that good. Well, contrary to popular belief...wait, that's spot on actually...shit.
Anyways, you'll see both fics uploaded at about the same time, depending if the mods get to it quickly. We're hoping for a release on Friday, but it's not set in stone. Bootsy might not be able to get his fic done, and even though I have a pretty good final draft, I'm considering adding more stuff to make it more enjoyable.
Oh, and for those who are looking forward to the next chapter to 15 Years... hate to say it, but no idea what I want to do with it. It might take awhile. Might even take a break from the story, but I'll try not to cancel it...again. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up. Actually, quick question. Do you want to see more of the magnificent Walrus? Or do you think the joke ran on long enough? If I were to have him in the story more I would have him systematically take over Ponyville by giving everypony a moustache.
Oh, yeah. You and I are gonna rock FIMFiction yet again. And yes, more moustache. The answer is always: more moustache.
