Anyway, it's been a while since I made a blog post for...various life reasons. This is mostly to check in and prove that I am not actually dead. Also that I have written some 25k words of original sci-fi in a month. I am hoping I can keep this up! And give you all a story with jovial insect aliens, sassy AIs, and a mystery.
Oh I like this. What if the there were only a only so many who marked themselves like this. They might be the lore bearers of their kind, tasked with traveling place to place, telling the stories of the images on their bodies. They'd be quite literally carrying history on their backs.
Or it could be their version of a cutie mark.
A full body mark, if you will.
Now that's cool. Imagine how they'd use that in a cultural context? Like the desert they walk their coats would be forever changing.
