Should I add a bonus chapter to Living With Two Extremes?

If so, what would you guys recommend?

    Marble and Limestone.

Pinkie and Maud (Minus Diamond Cutter)

Or whatever you have in mind, I'm open to ideas.

    My house got robbed.

I woke up to find everything rummaged, the front door has been broken into with a crowbar, I was asleep during the whole thing somehow. If I woke up during this, I don't want to think what would have happened to me, especially since they had a crowbar as a weapon...

My stories will be on hiatus, I need time off...

Should I have Manus speak? · 10:46am Sep 4th, 2014

This is a bit of a problem, I have no idea if I should have Manus, Father of The Abyss, speak. I need your opinion on this one if he should speak or not. If he should, how should he speak?

Leave a comment below for your answer and why.

I mean, Artorias was supposed to speak in the DLC and had audio files, so I don't see why not. Plus there are rumors he could be the furtive pygmy.

2426931 So how should Manus speak?

2426940 Ominously? Wrathful? Old, wise, and manipulative? Half-crazed? Utterly insane? Beastial?

2428228 Well, the name Manus is latin for "hand". Maybe he peaks in latin phrases?

2428971 That could work. Most people don't speak Latin proper in this day and age.

2429098 Manus doesn't, or cannot, perceive people anymore. He just sees things in the way of his goal, getting his amulet. He needs no words to show that he is unhappy with it when he can just smash it out of the way like a truck with a really determined driver.

2556169 Well, he sees the chosen undead as an enemy now. And a very powerful one at that, so the first thing on his mind now would be to kill the chosen undead or corrupt the world of equestria. I even have a little prototype speech prepared.

2556174 From what I remember he looked at us in the game and either roared or growled loudly. His humanity went wild which is basically his soul. Humanity being like the soul in Demon's Souls in which the only reason people aren't picking bits of each other out of each other's teeth is because they souls that gave them sanity and intelligence. Without humanity, humans are just hollows. I think that if a humanity goes wild it basically swaps stuff. Manus is stronger, faster and bigger than any human found in any souls game... Maybe the blind dude from Demon's Souls but never mind. My thinking is that Manus's Humanity has stopped giving him a mind and just increased his physical abilities. He never shows any pattern beyond wildly flailing at us and throwing magic at us. He's mostly just a beast now. Maybe he could gesture but I think even that is unlikely unless he's calmed down

2556179 Well, I did make him grumble Latin phrases which are intelligible in Artorias' dream when he fought Manus.

2556181 Well he's had even more time to have his humanity go wilder so the gesture thing is still there.
