Ever went to sleep at any time of the night and end up stuck in a lucid dream where it's dark. You can't see anything, your eyes are still closed and you can hear your thoughts more clearly. You try to move but can't even lift a finger and to your horror, try to scream but can't even move your mouth. The worst part is it feels like something is taking advantage of you while you sleep and you can feel it. It last for a minute or two but sometimes you wake up from it only to end up in another lucid dream, repeating the same thing over and over for at least five more minutes. You wake up breathing heavily and sweating all over, you try to go back to sleep only to hear a loud sound in your head. Everytime you hear that loud sound, you end up back in lucid sleep again. Anybody knows what exactly goes on when that happens or what that loud noise is?
Actually yes. Sorta. You got me lost once or twice. But things like that have happened. Or sometimes I go into a sleep paralyze while my mind is still awake.
That happened one time, and I think SOMETHING tried to attack me, whether it was a ghost or demon (I think they exist, but not like how most people view them, I would get into it in detail, but that derails from the story) Anyway, everytime I tried to move I heard really heavy breathing, and that had never happened before when my body got stuck.
Though I think the loud noise you are referring to is something else, possibly your very own body at work, doing its normal functions. Because you have to rely on your senses when you can't move, you are focusing more on hearing. Or it could be the pets in your house, or simply your house itself making odd noises.
If you have any questions ask me in PM.
2436603 I think we should do it here, my PM's are never sent on time and it's causing screw ups in our chat.
2436799 Many screw ups >_<
Ok, so my suggestions are for tonight you do some research, or just go to sleep if you don't want to. I know about sleep parylze because of my own past experience, and my dad's knowledge. I can ask him more about it tomorrow, but I think you should research it. I have also given you suggestions on how to avoid it, wriggle your feet until you fall asleep, if it DOES happen, put all your force into moving one limb cause that can usually break it.
But I think you mentioned somewhere in our chat mess that it was happening less, so I guess your brain is just getting better at waiting for your mind to sync up with your body before shooting out the commands to freeze it.
