I find reading on FIMFiction much easier on the eyes and the concentration. EQD just pisses me off.. With the story set-up i mean

Well I'm glad you're not going to be giving up on the re-write, but I do think people would appreciate it if it was finished before you started doing too much with TTEoAP 2: Electric Scootaloo. Finish the base and fix what's broken before you go adding too many new features and building up, and all that rot. I can sympathize with wanting to do more on coming up with new stuff than reworking old stuff, but much like Sweetie Belle messing up Rarity's "Organized Chaos," you might end up with some even better ideas to use in part 2 (and a better sense of what to avoid doing, and more importantly, how to avoid it) once you get part 1all ship-shape. It's amazing the things you can find when you go through and clear all the clutter and cobwebs.

Also, rather than directing people to EqD, you could probably make another blog post here with direct links to all of the Google docs, could you not?
One thing I'm not sure about, though, is whether it might be better to hold off on having Ch.15 here (and having it on Google Docs instead, for now) until the rest is re-written. Since it's not (yet) a continuation of the story you're telling here (that people here are waiting for and watching you here for), it might be better to put it where it is a continuation (on Google Docs and EQD, if you haven't submitted it already). This could work with having the other original chapters linked in a blog post here.

I can sort of understand if you were posting it here to draw attention to it, but everyone who is following the original iteration should also be following your activity on Deviant Art, and are familiar enough with just watching for your blog updates both here and on DA. Posting it here sends something of a false signal when we receive a notification of a new chapter in our watch list, only to find it's not the chapter we were expecting to see come next on FimFiction.

You shouldn't degrade yourself that much. I mean, the writings' not that bad. It's like what someone would actually write if they were thrown into a random TV show. It doesn't even really need a rewrite. Well, at least what I've read so far. The quality may just be me though, considering some of the things I've read (Don't ask. Just. Don't. Ask.). At least the writing is better than the beginning of... certain other things I've read. Namely, one where one pair's shipping takes... eleven chapters. Somehow. And at least you're trying to fix the early grammar/writing mistakes (which my prereader eyes apparently cannot spot for some reason.). The other story still has spelling and grammar errors, including ones in the newest chapters. Hint: said story has 140 chapters (including multi-parts and bonus chapters, which aren't counted in the counter at the beginning of each chapter) as of now, and is rated Mature. You know the one...

However, as the story on this website already has over five pages of comments after only three chapters, and I assume a similar thing will happen with this blog post, you may not read my comment at all. It doesn't really matter, as someone else probably already said what I'm saying right now. I guess I'll just keep reading. Whew, long post.

And no, when I get it all written out, I'm going to fix this mess. Trust me when I say, if I could write what I prefer to write instead of what I want to write, it would be in order. In triplicate. And would be garnished with a monocle.

You don't need a rewrite. You need a good eye to do a thrice over and fix the few errors I've spotted, and to finish that next chapter. I'll be honest, your summary on here just doesn't cut it. You make it sound like the story is bad going in. It's not. It starts out as what is quite possibly one of the most accurate representations of a real-life HiE I have seen in a long time, and then progresses with a very believable and unexpected twist. That turnabout came so far out of left field and barreled into me so hard I had to shake its hand at a job well done. (After three days of recovery, of course.)
Chapter Fourteen left me a bit dazed near the end. I wasn't sure if David knew what had happened to Luna, yet. About the phone? It didn't sound like he did, and that seemed like a perfectly good reason for why Luna wouldn't hesitate to kill David. The Internet is corrupting.
I would volunteer to do the post-Beta rewrite, but I'm sadly busy. Sorry.
