Ideas open to the public

This is something that I've been thinking over for a while. It's pretty clear that I like Toola Roola and Starsong. And I came up with some ideas regarding them. Still somewhat underdeveloped though, maybe someone would care to use them.

Genderswapped versions: Raggle Taggle (Reginald Taggliatelli), Comet Trill.

Powerpony Versions: Canvas (Can alter her form in a variety of ways. Common uses are to disguise as another pony, or assume the form of an animal, ), Crescendo (Can emit a high-decibel shriek.)
