No, seriously. Without proper stimulation, the brain, like any muscle, will learn to work slower, because it's designed to save energy. If life wasn't filled with unique experiences, a bacteria would always be better fit for living than a human.

First off, I'm sorry that I delayed so long in responding to your comment. Second, could you please let me know if anything improves? In the meantime, I am praying for you. I don't know if you've read Psalm 23, but that's a good poem to read in tough times, and it's nice and short. Forgive me if I'm being obtrusive, but I really hope that you are given some time to just relax and take enjoyment in life as well.
