More burned out than I thought

Jeeze, it's been four months since I decided not to force myself to generate updates for the sake of Patreon and gave myself the freedom to write whatever I wanted… but I haven't really written anything. I've done a thousand words or so here and there to play around with other fandoms, but nothing of significance.

Look, John Biles (author of an excellent D&D crossover on this site called Mystara's Little Ponies) once took eight years between posting the second to last and last chapters of one of his stories (on his own website, not here) so you've got nothing on him. I never even considered you in the running for setting a record on this kind of thing.

Let me reiterate: Not eight years to write the fic. Eight years to write the last chapter. Since I started reading it a year or two before that, I waited around a decade for that fic to finish.
