Vague title, CHECK~!

I am starting a new Fanfiction(After, what, three months of just sitting here? Wow I am lazy)!

It's going to star a certain Timelord and his Muffin-Loving companion(Who could they be....?)

Therefore, I'm going to work as hard as I can to get one chapter done(I'll be lucky if I get a paragraph done my gosh...).

Also, I have most of my 'mane' cast set up, along with minor/backround characters.

...... Help.

I have very little idea of how to do most of this! Any kind of advice would be LOVELY.
