Alright folks, I have a basic framework for the story lined up, along with the ending, but it's quite flexible overall. Enough for some additional chapters in-between.
So, I ask all of you who faved the story... What would you like to see in future chapters? The comments with the most upvotes will get more consideration, so keep that in mind if you see someone post an idea you like.
However, I'm only going to be writing from Twilight's POV, so keep that in mind as well.
Now then... Consider this court open.
I would love to see some kind of happy ending, but I realize that would defeat the entire point/fetish. Beyond that, if you're gonna go "full retard," commit to it. Don't know if you have read Twilight's Gradual Descent Into Sluttiness by darf, but that pretty much nailed the whole mind break thing. By the end, Twilight was unable to think of anything except cock. Maybe a "good" scene would be running into someone who was trying to help her—Spike, perhaps, or a random Royal Guard(bat pony for extra points)—and she just throws herself at him.
I have a few interesting ideas:
While in the maze, Twilight gets trapped in an illusion where she believes she's pleasuring Celestia while in reality it's one of her trapped friends.
Later on she's confronted by a Cockatrace who turns only her legs to stone and proceeds to have its way with her.
Maybe in another chapter she could be confronted by a slime monster that forces her to swallow it and it pleasures her from the inside.
And in another part of the story she could get eaten by a giant Tazleworm that proceeds to pleasure her within its mouth.
And finally, comes across a special mirror that shows her a male version of herself, the male version seduces her and draws her into the mirror to have his way with her.
That's all I've got for now, though I might come back with a few more ideas...
Maybe one of the traps is to meet past rivals or enemies in a sort stamina fight and to outlast them in bed?
But she has to chose the one who she does it with and each one has his/her own twist to make it difficult.

'Happy' depends on your interpretation, but 'Spike' (and a royal guard) will be making it into the next chapter. As for the mind break thing, it's not going to be that severe. ok, this might be hard to do, but what if during her trip through the maze she comes across a door that she can't open until she figures out that the only way to open it is to get herself off on a protrusion on it. there's no vibrators, no motions, only yourself... it might be a touch humiliating, frustrating, exhilarating. perhaps she's forced to do it while conjurations of other ponies are watching her.

You've already hinted there's going to be oviposition, so how about perverse parasites? Either infesting Twilight or on one of the other five... or some other random pony who wandered into the maze.

However, there will be some f/f in the next chapter. How far it goes I'm not sure yet, but it'll be there.
As for using more magic during sex, well, I don't see why not. I probably won't do anything particularly specific with it, but I could have her make use of it from time to time. Perhaps some bondage, as you suggested.
