Situation update #3 · 10:14pm Aug 4th, 2014
Guys, I sense some happy times ahead of me.
First, regarding the story: chapter 9 might be made within the next two weeks or so. Why? I now have 2 weeks of free time, away from work! Finally!
It is highly possible you will see (probably first in this genre) story branching, in fashion of ACX or AC5, with chapters split into A and B parts.
Second, regarding Ace Combat: Infinity:
- the General Team Deatmatch event ended. I poured some money for fuel, but 15 units was tempting, and I bought a bunch. Forced Sorties helped me with credits and points and I ended up at... exactly the same rank I did during the Wardog event: 654. Coincidence?
- the new monthly challenge on Dubai is approaching. I love that stage so much and I can't wait to start;
- new monthly aircraft drop: Rafale M -Vent d'Ange- (literally: "Angel's Wind") - it has an image of an archangel painted on it and it looks beautiful.
And you know what?
I just got it! After my 5th sortie today, barely 12 hours after it was announced. Compare this to Morgan drop that I got after two weeks. It looks like the sun and the moon are on my side. Soon, the pilots will see many Angels taking flight.
It only keeps getting better... and hotter. Temperatures in Poland are exceeding 30 degrees Celcius, heh :D
Congrats I still need to see what rank I fell into but I guess I just won the Aircraft Research Reports
If you look closely, the angel on the Rafale resembled Razgriz only without the helmet and other things.
I'm not sure about the story branching thing... I'll end up being confused, but let's just wait for the chapter.
