Witnesses car crash

It still needs a lot of work. For one, you're missing a lot of commas. Also, you need a new paragraph whenever you have a new speaker. You have some sentence fragments, and some sentences that just don't make sense. And why is your story text centered? It should be left-aligned like every other story on the site, and every book that's ever been published. Also, addressing the reader is bad form.
