Closure

I want to apologize for not being around, and I want to explain why, and why I'm probably not going to write any more.

For one, I've sort of lost the creative spark for writing. I'm a tiny bit manic-depressive from what little I can tell, and though it's not nearly bothersome enough to classify as a disorder, it does do some crazy shit. Generally, when I hit a high, I get attached to something and love it and then I hit a low, get no pleasure out of it any more (and do it terribly on top of that), and wallow in despair until I find a new high and a new thing to play with until it all happens over again.

For two, I used to hang out with a crowd of people who really liked ponies, just as much as I did. Unfortunately, most of them were toxic personalities, and they sapped the life out of me. Among the things they took was my love for MLP. Not to say I don't still enjoy pony-related things, but I'm no longer really a fan. Thankfully, I don't hang around the toxic ones any more.

I wish I didn't have to bear such bad news, but I imagine a few of you had already accepted it anyway. I hope that this gives the rest of you some closure, and I hope you find other things to enjoy in your life, as I have. MLP may not be my thing any more, but I still remember that it gave me a lot of happiness and I hope it continues to give you guys the same.

I'll probably still pop up out of nowhere from time to time to check my notifications (mostly for favorites/comments/etc. because I'm a vain asshole) so don't shy away from writing me a message. Just don't be surprised if it takes a month or three for me to respond, if I respond at all.
