Well I stopped it basically. I knew it was a long shot but sadly it just didn't really get good press. After publishing chapter 8 it immediately got 16 dislikes. That put it below the 40% positive mark I need to keep going. So I stopped it, although I did enjoy writing it shame about the feedback. Although that is expected when you have no writing experience. I will see if I can come up with something better next time.
Also in bad news I just got thrown out of university. I failed, turns out I cant really write science papers either ha. So today is a bad day. No idea what to do with my life now.

By the looks of it, most of the hate your story got was from assholes who hate the idea of humans being defeated in combat by lesser species (even in fiction). I didn't read your story so I don't know if it was any good or not, but you shouldn't care about people who dislike it on those basis. Also my condolences about your university failure.
2318388 Thanks for the support mate especially about the Uni stuff. I know it is just a bunch of fools. I think I'm just a little bit unstable at the thought of all my writing styles being criticised (That and the fact my University Officer Training Corps life is over). I'm going to look over my work again. See if I can recover it at least. I just read your profile, I like your 'haters gonna hate' approach made me laugh. I'm going to try to take that approach. Thank you.
PS If you do read my story you will probably agree it is bad since it is dark and confusing at the point in the story.
