The Loss of a Star

So... Bad_Seed_72 has decided that she will no longer affiliate with the MLP fandom.

I guess I saw this happening. There have been extreme issues with this fandom that either don't get addressed appropriately, or are just encouraged to go forth and multiply.

I'm rather upset by her leaving. She was a very talented writer. But, she has her reasons. I have no right to bitch and complain about it. She's mature enough to make her decisions, so for anyone who has followed her and appreciated what she had to offer, I say we should support her decision.

Better she had temporarily entered the fandom and bestowed upon it wondrous literature, than to have never bothered joining it at all.

All we can do is move on and... smile.

Now, I'm gonna go take a break, get ready for an Iftar dinner at a friend's house.
