So I've been having a difficult time choosing, and I feel like you guys can help me out.
1. Good Relations
2. Meh Relations

Just askin' cause I'm having a hard time choosing which path to take.
((Keep in mind that these votes are not the final decision meaning that I may or may not flop at any point.)
Meh relations; I wouldn't be off on good turns with an ancient species showing up on my doorstep clad in military equipment. Plus they shot up Fluttershy's place and even though that's a misunderstanding i'd still be weary around humans.
Meh relations. It allows for the most story plot to be explored, as well as more conflict to occur than nuking teh ponies.

Grumpy Old man with nukes who doesn't really wanna nuke anyone but is old and bored and likes yelling at people with a cool accent.
It seems to be overwhelmingly 2, with 3 for everyone's comedic relief. I too would pick 2 so that everything doesn't start out all lollipops and rainbows, but no attacks either.

2 because tension makes for exiting story telling but i don't think this should be too easy to be boring or too hostile to actually solve the situation. Can't wait to edit whatever you do.
