Small rant about 'Left With A Kiss'

AAAGGGGHHH! I've been a member of FIMFic for nearly a year and in that time I've read a large variety of fanfics. Some are made gorgeously, making me angry, sad, brought me to tears (In the case of My Little Dashie), and even made me joyous. Others, were so bad that they weren't even worthy of a review, which I usually do every chapter I read. However, the main motivation for this small rant concerns one of my all-time favorite tics: 'Left With A Kiss' (http://www.fimfiction.net/story/132099/left-with-a-kiss). This compelling story tells of an infertile bat mare named Viola that meticulously details her endeavors to become pregnant and have a foal of her own. A tear-jerking story line, the occasional brief, interesting sex scene and multiple love interests made it a real page turner... page clicker? idk. "Ductape! That sounds great! So why are you bitching about it?" Well, I check this site once a week every week, and every time I view favorites, 'L.W.A.K.' reads "INCOMPLETE". I started reading it days after it was first published and I checked the site three times a day waiting for the newest chapter! But over time the updates would be less frequent. Until finally, on Jan 26th, 2014. nothing more. Not one chapter since, the author left us off at an extremely climatic part and left us in anxiety waiting. Given, that anxiety has worn off, but to this day, I excitedly await ANY form of update! Even the author just posting something saying "New chapter in 4 months!" Well fuck! Let me mark my imaginary calendar! 'L.W.A.K.' is almost like Fallout 4, Sure we know its gonna happen, but we have no information on it. Release date, progress, ACKNOWLEDGMENT! If you ever read this Comet Burst, please please please! message me. tell me ANYTHING! It's in development, it's grown boring and I'm not gonna finish it, I'm editing it. ANYTHING! I'm sorry if this rant turned rabid and obsessive, but this thought and speculation of the future grew in the back of my mind and today it popped out.
