How does one get better when you feel hollow inside? I don't know if it is sadness or loneliness, but I need help. Not suicidal just lost in the now and here. Please.

In fact, I was thinking of a random character from Star Ocean like: Leon D.S. Geeste (Gehste in PSP remake) meeting the ponies and what have you.
