So the second chapter is coming together, oh so slowly. Still, it will eventually be ready, and hopefully not too long from now.
To avoid repeating some of the delay (and downvotes, culminating in my rewrite of the intro scene), I'm hoping to find a pre-reader or two. With a bit of feedback, I aim to avoid repeating some of the same mistakes of chapter 1.
I'll be looking on a couple of the proofreading groups, but I thought I'd drop a note here in case anyone here was interested (and to let you know the story had not perished).
