So, apparently I have a blog now · 12:24pm Jun 5th, 2012
I've never had a blog before, but I do appreciate interaction between author and readers and it comes standard, so I may as well use it.
I guess that this will be mainly discussing what I'm up to so that you know that I haven't forgotten about my stories (and yes, An Earth Pony's Guide to Magic is just the first) as well as a means to discuss things about those stories in an out of universe context.
As you may have noticed, I'm a slow writer. Also, real life has not been kind to me lately. However, chapter 4 is on its way. It's currently at 2203 words and 4 scenes out of an estimated 6 scenes (I'm not going to estimate final word count as I generally suck at estimation). I suspect that it's going to be shorter and less plot intense than average and I do appologise for that, especially after such a long wait, but I'd decided the story structure a while back and I have my reasons for doing it this way. Hopefully the wait won't be too much longer.
Also, thanks for the support that the story has received so far. I'm not sure how typical the response is, but I appreciate it all the same.
I'm not sure how much I should say in a single blog entry, especially as this is just the introductory post., so I'm going to keep this one fairly short.
Depending on how things go, future entries will probably include: more updates on how my stories are going, information on where else I hang out, what I'm doing besides writing pony fanfition, information on probable future stories (as I said, I will be writing more after this as I've had other fanfic ideas even since before I started this project), responses to fans and other things.
Feel free to leave your thoughts. I'd love to hear from you all.
