[Ungrounded] I Kinda Lied (Or: A Poll) · 8:16am Jul 14th, 2014
Okay, so I kinda lied about being done writing with the author behind Aiden, he'll be making one more appearance next chapter, but just in the beginning, then you won't be seeing him for the rest of the arc. So that's gonna be a good few chapters.

How much do you like hearing about the lore behind Lucien's version of Earth? Because I really enjoy writing about it, and I wanna know if you guys like hearing about it. So please, please, PLEASE comment and give to me your opinions.

Oh my god. People actually commented. Well, thank you for giving your opinion, and so quickly too. I probably will include more lore, but it's nice to have a gauge to know when enough is enough. Don't want entire chapters just based on lore.
I would say somewhere between 6.5 and 8.5, only because I haven't read it in a while but still would like to see it updated. Seeing as I faved it in the past though, I know it tickles my interest.
I'd go with "I'd love the lore, but please incorporate it into the chapter rather than having it be a seperate chapter or a segment of a chapter." The exception to that, however, would be Hitchhiker's Guide-esque footnotes, but that's hard to do when there's not a singular "page" to put it at the end of.
I'm not sure a number is good enough of a representation of how I feel about seeing more lore in the story. It's nice to see some of the background. Incorporating it into the story makes for a good background, but you don't want that to end up being the main focus of the story either. Most of all, though, make sure to show and not just tell.

Yeah, I never was going to do a chapter just about the lore, I exaggerating a little bit. I just wanted to know if anybody thought I was talking about it too much or too little.
