And Now a Query

Okay, so it has come to my attention that while I may be able to churn out ideas with some reasonable alacrity, as many as one per day in a good week, I cannot possibly write at a rate of one chapter in more than a week, and more likely one in a month. That being the case, I was wondering if there exist out there any that would be willing to use plots, or even just the concepts, that I churn out and write them themselves? I don't care if it's only when someone is totally lacking inspiration and needs something to use, or if they just like an idea and really want to write it.

To be honest, the reason I ask is because I am infuriated with myself and my lack of decent writing capacity, and to be blunt really just want most of these ideas that coil around my brain to be free and become art. I don't care so much WHO writes them, heck I don't care if multiple people try to write the same idea. I just want them to live. Anyone ever had that feeling?

So anyway, here's the questions. I was considering actually starting a group to that purpose, an idea sharing group, but for me to actually do it, I'd have to know a few things:

First of all, I wouldn't start the group without at least 5 people, a combination of writers and imagineers, to start it off. Who would be willing to take part of such a group or knows of someone they could link to this blog that might be interested? (If you know of anyone, do please link them. Better to hear it firsthand.)

Secondly, I would like to know if a group like this already exists. As far as I know there isn't, but I haven't thoroughly scoured the group listings.
