This is just a random post of mine, no updates on anything that matters as of yet.
Anyhow, as some of you may know, Crystal Fair is now over. And on that subject, just...wow. This was my first con of any kind, ever, and I gotta say I was not disappointed. Quite the opposite actually, this weekend was easily one of the best I've ever had; seeing and meeting so many awesome people (not to mention the guests of honor i.e. Tabitha, Daniel, Anneli and all the amazing community guests), hearing about their lives and of course buying a ton of pony swag (let me just say that my wallet is considerably lighter than what it was on Friday, but it was so worth it). Also the afterparty was all kinds of epic. So anyway, I guess the point I'm trying to make here is that this fandom is just plain amazing. I mean I knew that already, but after this I don't think I'll ever forget. God I hope this becomes a yearly thing, I feel so warm and fuzzy right now.
