Yes, yes, long rambling title, not here for that though.
Let's assume Cutiemarks generally appear sometime around age eight to ten, though sometimes as late as fifteen. All the Mane Six got their Cutiemark at the same time, though not necessarily at the same age, let us also assume that they were ages nine (Twilight) to eleven (Rarity).
Since Applebloom isn't shown during the flashbacks in "The Cutie Mark Chronicles" she must have been really little, no older than two. Now with the CMC as anxious as they are, they're maybe nine or so at the beginning of the show, now thirteen. This would place the Mane Six at ages twenty to twenty two.
Remember this operates entirely on the assumption made in the beginning. If anyone has any other ideas, please leave a comment.
