this is a list of characters so if you cant think of any.
I do not take credit for this. it was almost all done by Doctor_N all I did was space it out and make it easy to read.

Founders:

Detriment:

draconiquus that has the ability to absorb, transfer and inflict wounds onto and from any loving being. Body is made from r leg, cheetah. L leg, bear. L arm, monkey. R arm, ent. R horn, dragon. Horn, unicorn. R wng, Phoenix. L wing, griphon. Body, boa. Tail, electric eel. Can transform into any of the animals listed here.

Steel claws:

bio robotic diamond dog. Outer body (skin) is made from adamantium plates with webbing of vibranium throughout it. Inner body (pseudo muscles) magerium (metal with high magic conductivity). Paws have claws made from solid adamantium and can extend out up to a foot, can also become a blade.(http://animebot.everyboty.net/?i=880) palms have a combination of vibranium and magerium and can channel kinetic force, fire, or electricity. Has two wrist weapons on each arm. Can send out a heavy ball or a dagger on steel cord. Can channel fire and electricity through them. Has the ability to kick off the air to run/jump in the air or water. Can supercharge leg mechanics to run at rainboom speeds.

Frost scales:

white dragon. 9ft tall on two legs. Wingspan 18ft across. Has ice breath power, can breath it anywhere from 140* to a beam gaining 5ft of distance for every 10* less. Has a stave that is 11ft long with retractable 2ft blades on either end. Made from solid dragon scale from his father with the blades from his mother. Can channel his draconic magic through the stave to freeze opponents it touches, or to throw a blade of compressed air from the tip, which can travel up to 50ft. The stave can also separate in the middle. (Notes: scales are diamond hard. DD magic regarding gem eating is ineffective on scales.)

Arcus magerium:

Former alicorn. Wings were cut off. Incinerated and turned into diamonds which were grown into small wing shapes and grafted over his shoulder blades. Has tattoos of runes all over his body and the left side of his face. Front has strength , magic res., elemental res., and physical res.. Back has flexibility, endurance, feather, and speed. Legs have speed, strength, endurance, and flexibility. Arms have speed, strength, durability, and extra strength. Face has perception, thought, and mind defence. Has mask with enchantment that hides tattoos, can also hide itself and change face of wearer. Has gloves that can make mageforms look like flesh. Has bands on arms and legs that turn into mageform armour. Has spear shaped mech charm that can make a 9ft long by 1inch wide stave that can have a 1 ft long blade on one end. Has rings that turn into, pinkie; knives, ring; katar, middle; shield, pointer; bastard sword, thumb; gauntlet. Has magic earings. on left a black 1/3 inch marble that can cast black hole 1/72 hours. and five 1 cm purple orbs that can cast a shining armor lvl shield 1/24 hours each.(goes down in spiral pattern) right, helmet shaped can create mageform helm, 3 horisontal plusses that can heal near mortal wounds 1/48 hours each. Has mageform prosthetics made by incinerating lost body parts and growing them into diamonds in the shape of the bones in the limb.( mageform limbs have the same capabilities of enhanced counterparts. Replaced limbs are, right arm, left ring finger and pinkie down to elbow, left leg from halfway down thigh, right foot from knee.)

Specialists:

Dimensional doorway: (unicorn) has silver coat and blue/orange streaked mane and tail. Has a cutie mark of his portals. Has silver magic. Has the ability to create 'portals' at any point in space. Can move the portals through open space. The spell can also open a portal between dimensions. (The more familiar the dimension, the easier the link.) Has a pocket dimension that is more developed than other ponies. Has 10 rope daggers with the rope being made out of 100m of woven adamantium each. Usually only uses 2 at a time. (Notes. Spell is of his own making, called the 'dimensional doorway' spell. Can't cast the teleport or blink spell. Is a tactical mastermind and can fill the battlefield with razor wires and traps.)

Firm grasp:

(unicorn) (related headcannon most unicorns know levitation. Basic levitation: can lift objects. Levitation: can lift objects and move then linearly with rotation. Advanced levitation: can lift multiple objects with omnidirectional movement and rotation. But telekinesis is way more advanced and powerful. telekinesis: multiple object omnidirectional movement with full rotation, can do so without needing constant focus. Rarity has telekinesis, while twilight has advanced levitation.) Has a red coat and silver mane and tail cutie mark is of a needle held In his magic. has red magic. Firm grasp has telekinesis has many adamantium needles of various sizes. As well as two 5ft blades (not swords, just a blade), for blocking and heavy attacks. Can become a swirling ball of blades and needles.(in the shape of a gyroscope)

Spirit shield:

(earth pony) has a light green coat with dark green mane and tail. Cutie mark is a deep green heater shield. can create multiple powerful shields (shining armor level). Is able to make them in shapes other than domes, such as armour, weapons, walls, etc. can also shoot out bursts of soul energy. can make a Titan out of soul energy. (Note. Shields are made, literally, out of his soul. Cannot be dispelled, but if broken will physically harm him.)

Gravitas:

(earth pony) has a brown coat with black mane. cutie mark is a large silver ball with a blue field around it. can manipulate gravity around him (increase, decrease, reverse, nullify, etc.). Has many adamantium ball bearings with returning enchantments on them. Generally uses smaller ones by launching them over enemies then increasing gravity around them, causing them to fly down like bullets. Uses larger ones by launching them towards his enemies like cannon balls. Can have the ball bearings become miniature, limited range black holes.

Balance:

(Pegasus) has one side pitch black and the other bleach white. Black side has a cutie mark of a white wing and white side has a curie mark of a black wing.Black side can send out negative energy that injures (in the form of slashing, puncturing, or bludgeoning.) living entities and heals undead entities. While e white side sends out a positive energy that heals living entities while damaging undead entities. Can harden the positive or negative energies into solid forms to deal damage or heal indiscriminately.

Piercing note:

(Pegasus) has a brown coat with golden eyes and a blue mane and tail. cutie mark is 3 musical notes. is a powerful bard. Can cause people to fall asleep, become sad, angered, or happy. And can even create illusions. Can also send out pulses of sound that are equivalent to explosions. Also can create a 'blade' of sonic energy to cut through things.

Nightmares:

Ashen Skull:

(female unicorn lich) Cutiemark is a dark grey (pony)skull. Her body is grey, with split dark/light grey main and tail. And grey eyes. Can change the transparency of her flesh. Has a familiar that is a skeleton baby drake. She is able to charge him with enough necrotic energy, however, to grow him to the size of an adult dragon. Can heal undead. And cause harm to living things with beams or mists of black energy. Or can cause living beings to fall asleep. About 1250 years old.

Drake:

(cousin of dragons. Have wings, but no breath power. Also less intelligent.

Lich:

undead created when a Necromancer kills them-self In a ritual to gain eternal life)

Ragged Claws:

(male lycanthrope timberwolf/earth pony) Is brown with green mane and tail. Has a cutie ark of a timberwolf claw. the son of a female timberwolf and a lycanthropic earth pony. Was raised by timberwolves. Then taken in by Ashen Skull about 500 years ago, who taught him how to be a pony. Can switch between timberwolf, wooden lycanthrope, and pony form at will.

(Lycanthrope and timberwolf magic grant him immortality.)

Crimson Vial:

(male vampiric thestral) Cutiemark of a vial holding a red liquid. the last of the thestrals, kept alive by the fact he is a vampire. Can cast blood spells. Is also a skilled potion maker. Found and taken in by Ashen roughly 300 years ago.

(princess Luna's guard. Except not an illusion)

Stillhoof Grave:

(male zombie earth pony) His fur is a dark, almost black grey colour, with a similarly coloured mane and tail. an experiment to create the perfect unliving creature by an insane Necromancer(not Ashen)... It worked. Stillhoof is perfectly sentient and sapient with a massive healing factor. Has developed a soul of his own, but no cutie mark (Is unable to get one). Found by Ashen skull about 750 years ago.

Wispy Breath:

(female ghost Pegasus) a naturally occurring ghost, caused by suicide. When she reached old age without a cutiemark. She got it when she hit the ground, it is a white mist, exactly like the mist that surrounds her incorporeal form now. She is totally white. Found, and comforted by, Ashen 100 years ago.

Shady Spell:

(male unicorn wraith) has a black aura for his magic, used to be a pale blue with a white mane and a star cutie mark. But his soul was wrenched from limbo by a Necromancer (not Ashen) and forced to fight for him. Then discarded without further instructions. Was in the shadow so long that his soul is bound to it, and will be destroyed if the wraith he is in is killed. Found by Ashen 150 years ago.

Golems:

Diamond dust:

(male) earth pony golem made out of diamond dust. Has a blue coat with a light green mane, tail, and eyes. Can be either solid diamond or powder, and can move independently of himself within 1 meter (individual particles).

Resonating shock:

(male)earth pony golem made out of solid vibranium. Has a light purple coat with dark purple eyes and a dark purple main and tail. Can absorb and project massive amounts of kinetic energy. Is able to send kinetic energy out in a medium ranged pulse of force.

Quick silver:

(female)Pegasus golem made out of quicksilver. Is completely silver. Can deflect magic. Is able to move any part of her body however she wills, as long as it remains in contact with the rest of her body. Quicksilver is also a strong poison.

Dark wing:

(male) Pegasus golem made out of shadow stone. Is completely black. Can shadow travel and become incorporeal. Wings can become razor sharp. Is proficient with shadow magic.

Prism:

(male) unicorn golem made out of prism stone. Has a grey coat with a split white/blue/green/red/black mane and tail. Has 6 personalities. Colourless: normal usually in controll. White: caring, and medical professional. In control when someone is injured, gives healing magic. Blue: intellectual, calculating. Has mana pool that can be accessed and used even if body is drained. Green: hardworking, good with people. Improves endurance and strength in control during hard work or during important social occasions.. Red: very competitive, improves speed and strength, in control when in battle. Black: Cares little for life, only for achieving its goal. In control only when all else fails.

Empowered spell:

(female) unicorn golem made out of arcanite. has a metallic grey coat with a royal purple mane and tail. Has a spell library as expansive as twilight, but more battle oriented. Has a mana pool comparable to Luna.

Elementals.

Sapphire waters:

(half unicorn/ half water elemental female) has blue eyes and royal blue coat with a sea foam green mane and tail. cutie mark is a sapphire. Has the ability to turn completely into water for up to 1 hour every day. Is an extremely proficient aquamancer, with focus on healing and ice. Is considered kin to elementals.

Ruby flames:

(half unicorn/ half fire elemental male) has red eyes and dark red coat with an alternatng orange/yellow mane and tail. cutie mark is a ruby. Has the ability to turn completely into fire for up to 1 hour every day. Is an extremely proficient pyromancer, with focus on area of effect. Is considered kin to elementals.

Topaz skies:

(half pegasus/ half air elemental male) has yellow eyes and sky blue coat with a white mane and tail. cutie mark is a topaz. Has the ability to turn completely into air for up to 1 hour every day. Is an extremely proficient areomancer, with focus on compression and electricity. Is considered kin to elementals.

Emerald earth:

(half earth pony/ half earth elemental male) has green eyes and deep brown coat with a lush green mane and tail. cutie mark is an emerald. Has the ability to turn completely into dirt for up to 1 hour every day. Is an extremely proficient geomancer, with focus on protection and melee. Is considered kin to elementals.

Assassins

Ectoplasm:

(changeling, identifies as male) actually has red as a secondary colour instead of blue. when as a pony, usually is a unicorn with a black coat with light blue mane and tail and a cutie mark of a green circle. Is a changeling that has broken from the hive mind. Was outcasted from the hive when his was taken over by Chrysalis. Is actually a mutant with over active glands in the holes of his hooves and is able to produce massive amounts of changeling goo in short time frames. Is able to control it with limited telekinesis, and can shape it into weapons armour and other such things. (Changeling goo is like the Swiss Army knife of the magical world, it is able to become iron hard, elastic, slick, acidic, poisonous, flame retardant, etc.)

Silver hoof:

(Minotaur male) is actually quite slim for a Minotaur, about 2/3 of Iron Will's bulk. Has a dark grey body, with silver coloured hooves and brown eyes. Practices a lost martial are that centres around shadow magic. Has the ability to shadow step short distances. Uses a silver ball (3in diameter) and chain, with the chain replaced with shadow spider silk. Is able to change the relative mass of the silver ball using shadow magic, causing it to act as it it ways several pounds, or next to nothing.

(Shadow spider silk has the potential to become incredibly sharp with the application of shadow magic.)

Lightning feather:

(gryphon/ lightning bird male) looks like Gilda, but with blue eyes, electric green feather tips, and a black lion body. Is able to generate lightning from claws, as well as cause thunder with wing beats. Is able to use the bard spell 'shout'.

Shadow paws:

(earth pony/ shadow wolf male) Has a pure black coat with red eyes and a black mane and tail. was the son of the leaders of a pack of shadow wolves. His parents were both hybrids themselves, and led the pack away from most populated areas. Parents and pack were wiped out by a greater demon. Only him and his mate, Dark Claw, survived. Shadow has the ability to become shadows, and to shadow step great distances. Is a competent shadow Mage. Can take on the form of a shadow wolf. Dark has the ability to become shadows' shadow, as well as posses the shadows of other beings, turning them into puppets. Can also take on a physical form.

Ranger:

The Razor Bow. twin 1.5 foot curved hunting daggers w/ first 3 inches serrated. When pommels pressed together morphs into metal compound bow with magical string and arrows. (Gryphon)

Rouge:

The Murder Hands. gloves with slots for blades on the top, has collection of various blades ranging from fire to cold to arcane. Usually has just normal blades equipped. (Changeling)

Swordmage: The Chained Elemental. bracers with chains wrapped around, coloured w/ swirling of red, white, yellow, and green. Can extend and contract as well as channel the elements. Can switch to, hammer; earth, twin bastard swords; fire, heater shield and long sword; water, and rapier and parrying dagger; wind. (Arthonian drake.(dragonborn from D&D with magical breath properties.))

Cleric:

The Skeletons Fists. bone gauntlets that can channel positive or negative energy. Negative is more tanks but slower, positive is quicker but less powerful. Can heal equally well with either. (Minotaur)

Wizard:

The Stave Of Blades. stave with blades that can appear on either end. Can split in the middle. (Pony, unicorn)

Bard:

The Death Flute. musical short sword w/buckler. Can play music to, control minds, stun, send to sleep, cause bodily harm, and other effects. (Gem hound.(more intelligent and slim diamond dog species))
