So a few things.
First, I put up a couple chapters of a new story, The Aegis. While I intend to focus on Falling Stars more, I do want to try and see if I can write a story with shorter, punchier chapters. Also hopefully more funny and lighthearted. For fans of ASMD, no, I have not forgotten it, nor do I intend to stop writing for it, but right now that story's chapters are getting as long and complicated as the ones for Falling Stars, so it may be a while before I feel like I can devote attention to it again.
Secondly, in The Aegis someone has noticed that I have decided to change how I refer to alicorns, i.e. as "alacorn". To reiterate my reply and to make things clear, after some thought I've decided that I would like to make this the spelling for that sub-species, mainly because "alicorn" is actually the material a unicorn's horn is (supposedly) made out of, and the prefix of "ala" meaning "winged" or "wing" in Latin makes a nice portmanteau with "unicorn" to make alacorn. Also because "Alacorn" is already canon in BattleTech's universe, and I do likes my heavy tanks capable of gutting a 'mech in a single volley. I'm sure Hasbro has made "alicorn" canon, but you know what? **** it. I'm a picky iconoclast sometimes, and this is a time I want to be one. So expect to see this spelling in future updates of Falling Stars and ASMD, and I may even go back and edit older chapters.
Thirdly, look at this:
That is one of the funniest songs I have ever heard. The band Psychostick is just utterly and completely insane, as they make Metal songs out of the most ridiculous topics. They are made of win, and it's like they randomly spawned from the Internet when the web's collection of memes reached critical mass. Give them a listen, their beard and beer songs are utterly hilarious. XD
Fourthly, damn Steam Summer Sale. So many tempting games...
Annnyway. Yeah. If anyone has a suggestion for a cover picture for The Aegis I'd love to hear it.

Now now Rokas my good sir... Even terrible ideas can be well done. Or maybe that's just my human bias talking. Either way, I really would like to see another chapter of it. What can I say, I am a sucker for well written human fics.
