Editor available... ish and editors and pre-readers needed

I feel that my writing skills are sufficient to at least offer basic editing skills... which after browsing for so long here I feel is very much needed. Unfortunately, I do not have much time on my hands... Lots of summer assignments and lots of homework during the school year due to my advanced program. All the work is definitely worth it, don't get me wrong, it just will keep me from editing or writing as much as I would like. Also due to my time constraints, I cannot join an editor group, because I could not do enough...

Also, despite that I feel my writing skills are good, I know that I will have mistakes that I cannot catch myself, and I NEED editors and pre-readers, yes multiple. After thinking for months, I have revised each stories plot lines and have found many errors in multiple stories, so I know I still need help.
I am currently working on starting several stories, and have decided which one I will focus on for now. For that one, I have tried to 'eliminate' a character and am looking for some advanced assistance in trying to find a better way to take care of the situation.
