Well the story does change slightly with the choices you make, well how Your Shepard acts that is around everybody.
As for the games, Playing all three in order and one playthrough is awesome!

2234633 Think of male shep like a connery style bond with the good parts of brosnan, and its a jewel of a time. But I loved both with how they delivered their lines. I still think femshep has a slightly better renegade line, but maleshep some of the best paragon lines out there. Its a very fun dichotomy.

Oh I KNOW! When I first played ME2 I didn't rescue my crew right away and they all died before my eyes. I IMMEDIATELY took revenge for them upon the Reapers and then spent the next 48 hours replaying the whole game including DLC JUST to save them.
I think it was 48 hours. I don't really remember. All I know is that I didn't sleep and all I did was save the galaxy.
