Here's why- I don't handle deadlines for writing well. I know that. But here's the definite issue. My uncle is stable with his sickness and my mom wants to see him before he dies.
Therefore the chapter that I wanted to, at the latest, release completely Sunday. I'll have to push back.
Here's my plan- I'll be completely silent for the next two weeks on Dream progress and I'll plan for a July 5-12 span of leeway and then release both chapters 2 and 3. Plot points in chapters two and three- Pipsqueak and Fleur first look, weapon and armor for AJ, some knighthood dream sequences cause Luna, probably a darker Discord, and the CMC still having issues with Discord's reign. And body horror which, if I say so myself, seems to be my go to for transformation sequences. Thank god I don't do a magical girl show or something.
Note- If I do it this way I foresee it being an update that rivals some of more prolific releases (Usually I cap out at 10-12k words in a ridiculous pace.)
So plan on that cause I was planning on reinstating my normal sleep schedule and cranking up the speed. But I planned on doing most of that on the weekend because that's when I'm the most free and my mom keeps on telling me something like this every time I plan shit like this. I'm not trying to be a last piece of crap- life just seems to like destroying my plans.
