D=S-M Update · 11:52am Jun 23rd, 2014
I have to admit I have been enjoying re-editing the D=S-M chapters.
So what have I done thus far, you ask?
Well, Chapters 1, 2, (not three since its perfect as is) 4, and 5 are now completely re-edited and are undergoing the scrutiny of the editors/proof readers that are kind enough to help me out. Chapter 6 will be edited today as well, allowing me to fully put my complete attention upon completing the long awaited Chapter 7!
Not long now folks. D=S-M will return to its sporadic updated schedule soon!
The very moment the new chapter goes live, all re-edits will be posted and as I have stated before previously in other blogs, reading the re-edits is not a completely necessary task, however, there are some added scenes to the previous chapters that is worthwhile reading, so... It is up to you entirely.
I have also changed the chapter titles. Some of them were just horrendously named.
Thanks for everyone for being so understanding about waiting this long, life really has taken me by the balls and its difficult to escape it.
In other news?
Maggots and Apples! The next chapter is being re-written, as I literally lost what I wrote due to a corrupted file. But don't worry, the next one is going to make you all cringe and whine and weep at how simply disgusting I really am inside.
Why do you ask?
Well.
Let's just say Applebloom is going to be having such a fun, fun party with one very equally fun murderous maniac...

I bit surprise that almost no one chanlages twilight about her killing the Griffin, consedering that the story they hear, the Griffin has nothing to do with Celestias death.
maybe you were too focuse on making the stories full of emotion to work ^ that out? :D
2228385 I address this issue. There is a re-edit stating the council actually knows the truth behind Celestia's death in chapter 2's revamp.

2228529 Twilight's friends never did find out about what happened in the trial. No one told them the purpose of it, other than Twilight seemed quite intent on attending it. They do find out about the trial in chapter 6, whereas Rainbow Dash finds out in chapter 5 off-screen by Luna.
However even though they found out about the truth behind Celestia's death, they never do find out that the assassin was executed by Twilight Sparkle.
Which, I can assure you, there is going to be a confrontation in regards to that in the future chapters (8 or 9).

Woot! Can't wait to read the edited chapters along with the new one! I am glad you decided to do this, because while I had no real complaints about the story to begin with, I do see this story having amazing potential and it's good to see it getting all this effort put into it!
