Netflix...
My god.
Oh my f*cking, god.
This episode was...the most action packed, song filled episode I have EVER laid my mortal eyes upon.
The SHEER epicosity of these two episodes, just, can NOT be described in mere words!
The story connected EVERY F*CKING THING from the season, and converged it into the climax. The whole thing felt like something straight out of a comic book! An exciting, high octane, "with our powers combined" comic book!
I will admit. The battle between Twilight and Tirek?
Not gonna lie. I nerded, all over the floor.
I was like "Damn son, you just hit with the wow effect."
Just....just tell me something folks.
Are these two battles NOT extremely similiar?
Here, we have Princess Twilight Sparkle in an epic battle, destroying things and eventually fighting to a standstill.
Aaaand here...we have Superman in an epic battle, destroying things and eventually fighting to a standstill.
It's uncanny how incredibly similiar those two battles are.
Either way, my jaw was on the floor over it. Twilight is a VERY excellent fighter. How she can train for a very short period of time, and STILL manage to fight Lord Tirek to a standstill is impressive.
Granted, she did have all of the Princesses' magic in her. By the way, that reminded me of some episode from Xiolin Showdown. I forget which one though. The wierd, racist asian Despicable Me minion had all of his friends' powers.
Coincidentally, Tara voiced him too...I think...huh...
But I digress.
I give these two lovely episodes five out of five Twilights
Three out of four yays (because the color scheme the Elements had on their manes were too similiar to the Rainbow Rocks color scheme.)
And some Man of Steel, My Little Pony joke or whatever.
Actually it's more like Dragon Ball Z.
