A Squire's Tail, NaNoWriMo and me

It's been a while hasn't it? For that I'm sorry. I've just been, unmotivated I guess. And a bit lazy I admit.

So, A Squire's Tail. Yes, I am continuing it, in fact that's my current project at the moment. The unmotivation on that came from the fact that, I wasn't sure how I wanted to do the story. Did I want one long story, did I want several all in one(aka story arcs) or would I break it up into separate ones? And more importantly, what on earth would I write about? I had some ideas, but nothing large or solid. Well I eventually had a breakthrough and decided to do it as one long story with several story arcs, as it were(the current arc will be indicated in the chapter title). How long these will be though, at the moment I have no idea. I do plan to try and post longer chapters than my previous story though since it seems a lot of people seem to enjoy long chapters.

And NaNoWriMo(National Novel Writing Month)? That was also part of my motivation to get writing/planning. I'm going to write A Squire's Tail for that, using it as my motivation to keep writing and write A LOT. So the moment I'm planing out the story line(s) and may work on a sort of rough draft.
So, when can you expect the story? Well, that depends on how far ahead I can write. For those that don't know, the jist of NaNo is to write 50k in one month, and to make that you need to write about 1.6k I think it is(and I definitely plan to make that 50k mark this year). If I can manage to get a good, long start and get far enough ahead (this'll give me the extra time to proofread/edit before posting) I may start posting in July.
If not then expect me to start posting in August(just not the first week, I'm on vacation and will not have access to a computer then). I have no idea if I'll have a schedule for posting though. I'll try to at least get out a chapter a week so I don't leave you hanging like I did before(I feel bad about that because I know what it's like to end up waiting forever for an update and then I go and do it OTL).

But this is my promise, I AM going to write this thing and I will post it.

I also have a sort of idea for a short(like, one shot or two parter) fic involving Discord, slightly inspired by watching the finale. However, in typical Discord fashion it's messing with me and being uncooperative for being written. So once I work that out I will post it.
