But in all seriousness guys, I get it, you all hate the way the story is going so far, so I'm waving the white flag here. Both parts to Chapter 14 have been taken down and I'll be spending the rest of the week putting out a chapter that you guys will actually like. I still plan on incorporating the Fallout Ponies, but at a later date after I've put out a few more chapters and I've properly reworked these ones so that no one suffers any additional neck injuries.
I also plan on getting some editors and pre-readers so that something like this doesn't happen again. I'm still shooting for my goal of getting a new chapter out by Sunday, but don't be surprised if Sunday rolls around and there is no new chapter, cause I've got a lot of fiddling I've got to do now with the next few chapters.

Was I the straw that broke the camel’s back? I actually didn’t mind the direction it was going, assuming that the foreign imports were kept to a bare minimum (if you’d have started dropping characters from a dozen different continuities into it…).
That said, I do think this was the right decision. Even if I personally loved where it was going (my complaint was tagging, remember, not the content per se) it was not what most people favourite’d this for. I vastly prefer you tackling this nascent problem now rather than continuing onward, losing readers, becoming discouraged and ultimately cancelling the fic.
2191592 Yeah, I think you actually were to be honest. And while I'm not happy about the reception that these two chapters have garnered, I will bow to the readers wishes this time seeing as how the reveal was badly botched. Next time will be better.
Good thing I've got a partially formulated back up plan more or less ready to go.
Eh, I personally thought it was fine so far, other than the whip lash everything was going ok. I did think the comments people were making in the chapters were a bit drama queeny though, but if you think you gotta do it then..
2193107 It's not so much that I want to do it, it's just that I don't want to deal with any headaches caused by unhappy readers, so I swallowed my pride and admitted I goofed.
In all honesty, I think it was probably for the best, I've got a few idea's that should allow me to better transition the story into those chapters, cause they will be coming back, just at a later date. And if people still don't like them, well...tough I guess. I want this story to be different from your normal run of the mill HiE fics, and if people don't like it well...there loss I guess.
