A cry for help

Since i have made this very account on FIMFiction over a year ago, i have read stories posted by many authors, both liked and disliked by the general opinion.
Many i still haven't read and probably will never get the chance to, but from those that i did, i have cleaved inspiration to create my own piece to add to this collection of stories.

A whirlwind of ideas courses through my mind, all jumbled and chaotic in it's raw form, waiting to be shaped like iron into a fine blade. One story in particular languishes in there waiting to be written, only if i had the nerve to actually do it. Be it good or bad, well received or not, i have finally found inner strength to pick up a pen and take the world of writing by storm.

Many uncertainties are still forcing themselves upon me however, most which have nothing to do with story itself.
Where to write it, how to upload it in order to present it to others, pretty much anything software related is hindering me before i even start.
I am basically looking for someone to help me out in creating the flood, so that i may break the dam on my own later on.
Any writer that is willing to lend a hand is welcome, no advice given is too much.
