At the Gala: Wanted to boost her social status, but met a cad.
Key Episode: Met a cad, then boosted another's social status.
Rainbow Dash
At the Gala: Wanted to get the Wonderbolts' attention, but couldn't.
Key Episode: Got the Wonderbolts' attention, then rejected it.
Pinkie Pie
At the Gala: Wanted to party to her fullest, but couldn't.
Key Episode: Partied to her fullest, then immediately regretted it.
Fluttershy
At the Gala: Wanted to meet and befriend exotic creatures, but creatures hid.
Key Episode: Met and befriended exotic creatures, then forced them to leave.
Applejack
At the Gala: Wanted to raise money for the farm by selling apple products, but only got one customer.
Key Episode: Used to sell apple products against her will, then only got one bit, which she never spent.
Twilight Sparkle
At the Gala: Wanted to talk to Celestia about magic and friendship, but couldn't.
Key Episode: Received Celestia's magic, then gave it up for friendship.
