This game was free on Steam for one day. I, for no good reason, decided to download it.

It took me 3 hours to download, but I need to say: This game is good, good fun. Sniper V2 Elite tells the story of an US sniper sneaking through late WW2 Berlin to stop the V2 missile program (I didn't get enough clue why.) There are some pretty cool graphics, good weapons, nice enemies, interesting traps and positions, yadda yadda.

What I wasn't expecting was the "bullet cam". The bullet cam happens when you shoot at an enemy from afar, and the bullet (Obviously) was well-aimed to hit the target. The coolest part of this is that most times the game shows the bullet ripping through the target's innards. Bones getting cracked, organs being ruptured and muscles, well, turning into something that I can't really explain. Oh, it even shows what is left of the bullet bouncing off the corpse.

This feature was mostly fun for me, until this happened. I was happily doing a campaign mission and acting stealthy and stuff, three enemies down, no problems. Then, I shot at a dude from the distance, but the bullet got him on the leg instead of the chest (Bullet drop FTW), and he was incapacitated. His lovely bud came running like a retard when he saw his comrade hurt and put him over his shoulder to treat him. I just finished reloading my magazine and my aim was set to the rescuer's stomach.

Problem it is... that the shot hit him in the crotch. I was not expecting for his testicles to EXPLODE internally. Believe me or not, I felt bad for him. Really, really bad.

I might do a video on this game sometime soon. It's great, but the testicle explosion caught me off-guard. I'm traumatized.
