[Sighing Intensifies]
I have a huge problem with story writing, where I'll just cancel an entire project and start an entire new one, only to cancel that project too and repeat the entire cycle again. This mainly stems from my low self-esteem concerning whether the story is going to be enjoyable to others. AKA going to be popular and worth putting the time into. It doesn't help that I have like around 4-5ish people following dedicated to downvoting my stories right as they're published.
Blegh. I'm such a whiner. 
So to try and be a little more productive, I'm going to focus on my two oldest projects. People who've followed me originally before I became 'active' in the community will recognize the first project as "Rebuild of Magic", my Evangelion crossover. The next is one I haven't talked too much about, called "Tears of Meteors", a Gundam 00 crossover.
So the big question for me now is, which one should I start on first? From an interest perspective, which crossover series seems to hold the most promise?

If you actually suspect this is happening and you're not just being dramatic, you need to PM one of the site mods about this, because it is very much a violation of site rules.
Anyway, never cancel a project unless you're absolutely certain that you, personally, just don't want anything more to do with it.
Write what you feel like writing, obviously. But if you're looking for feedback and acknowledgement? Start with the Eva one.

2161504 Really? Because they jumped down MY throat when they SUSPECTED I was downvote-bombing jbond, and that was months before I even had an alt.
Don't give up. People may downvote your stories, others may flame you, but if there's something I learned, it's to ignore your critics and keep writing for the heck of it. That's what I would do.
To be honest, I don't think I've ever read a brilliant rendition of any Evangelion fic, considering the hope and happiness being thrown out the window... Shinji NEVER gets a break. All he wants is praise from the bastard of a father and
his mother backOoop, that won't happen. But! Having Twilight in his life will certainly make life more bearable, at least.This is exactly why I've been writing for 10 years but have only recently finished my first story. I can tell from what I've read of your stories so far that anything you write is going to be enjoyable. Trust me, I learned this lesson already myself, just write for you. If you write the story you want to write, people are going to love it.
Since I'm personally not familiar with Gundam 00, my vote of course goes for Evangelion.
However, like 2161498 said, I would certainly encourage you to write whatever you feel like writing--not what everyone else would tell you to do.

Its more of a new thing, like starting this year?. People just been downvote bombing so much that the mods took their hands off it I think.
I don't know, mods do step in from time-to-time on a random basis from what I've heard from other people, like you. Likewise, I've also heard the opposite in what I just told you.
I don't know what to tell you.
Rumor is that one of the head admins, I think Xaques, was developing a new voting system though to fix that issue.
I honestly can't decide! I love both series! But I think Evangelion was more famous then 00 I think or is it the other way around?

I'm a scrub so I vote Evangelion :^)
I would say Your Evangelion story mostly because that story was what got me into MLP in the first place. Its very well written and I wouldn't mind seeing more. However, they are your stories so ultimately its up to you. I'd still go with Rebuild of magic though.
I honestly can't care about gundam at all.

Ultimately up to you would love to see both series completed. Eva appeared to be most well written and had such a strong layout for how you can write it. if you wanted to you could keep it close to the series and go with how Shinji's and Twilights frindship help survive the war of angels.
I was thinking of writing something similar for you had inspired me a bit on the issue because I would like to see twilight spiral to madness and only hanging on because of Shinji's friendship.
