As long as you don't use the page entry to SugarWiki yourself as an author, you're more than free to write it yourself. It doesn't count as Shameless Self Promotion as long as you do that, since There's No Such Thing As Notability.
2151816 I'm afraid that I don't have a good enough understanding of TVTropes to set it up. I just understand how to do it.

First comes the description with the fanfic's name, what fandom it belongs to and who wrote it.
Then, there's a very short, spoiler-less synopsis.
Finally, the links where the fic and the additional content (if there is any) can be found.
After that, just start adding the tropes that appear in the story.
Don't be overeager to make it all yourself, it's a community effort. Others will take it from this basic form and improve on it.
2151832 You make it sound easy, and it most likely is, but when it comes to summaries, I suck! Seriously, I can't summarize to save my life! The one on the cover of my story was a shot in the dark, and I'm still not happy with it!
I've started up a page. It hasn't got much in the way of content yet, but I'll be adding to it later.
That being said, I'm having a lot of trouble indexing the damn thing. I've never actually tried to do this before, so if someone who knows what they are doing could do that that would be great.
