First 2 Chapters For Sometimes Death Is Not The End · 2:19am May 25th, 2014
So since there is no EDH running in Ottawa this weekend because Journey Into Nyx Game day, I have decided to take the time that I would usually spend on MTG, and focus it on writing the first 2 chapters for the story. Now the release of the story is going to be a little bit different then When A Door Closes. Since the first couple of chapters switch focus between Twilight and Rainbow every chapter, I am going to be releasing the first 4 chapters in 2 chapter chunks. These pieces will fit together, with the first 2 happening at the same time as each other, just from different perspectives.
As for more details on the story... Chapters will be sent off tomorrow for the editors to read over and make there opinions known. I want this story to be as well written as I can make it so the editors will have free reign to tell me that story is a piece of crap if they see fit. After they are done with their edits, I will make the changes and then wait a couple of days to publish it. I read a concept of "letting your writing age" and I figured that I would try it with these first chapters to see if it changes anything.
Also gives me a chance to rework that terrible cover image that I drew up. Be honest, that picture was terrible... Absolutely terrible, so I have decided to rework the image and have the cover art of Twilight and Rainbow sitting in front of a fireplace, except that Twilight is ethereal, as she is only there in soul, not physical body.
