I've been feeling the symptoms of a repetitive stress injury coming for a little while so i've decided to cut back on working on my fic.

So since I can't really write, I've been thinking a lot. Mainly about my next Fic, i'm planning a crossover.

The crossover was going to feature several symbiotic "creatures/artifacts/technology" arriving in Equestria.

But i had no idea how they were going to get there or any direction for the story....as i was looking through my Xbox 360 games I found this

Instantly the gears in mah brain started ah turning. Instantly i had it.

Here are the building blocks: The Hierarchy (a resource hungry planet stealing coalition of aliens races) has conquered most of the galaxy and has finally gathered the strength to take down home planet of the Novus (a race of machines tasked with protecting worlds in an effort to control the expansion of the Hierarchy). The strike is launched and the Novus are being overwhelmed and can't hold the Hierarchy back much longer. The Novus ever vigilant in their programming elect to send a small force led by Mirabel and Viktor (a human woman in a large sentient mech) along with several things they managed to preserve from races that they failed to protect in the past to one of the last planets in the galaxy rich enough in resources to be targeted by the Hierarchy (Equestria). The Hierarchy wise up to what the Novus is doing and detect the space bridge's energy signature, they send Orlok (An extremely cool mofo thats deep, poetic, and a talking tank.) and some forces to stop them, the novus force that begin retreating but take heavy damage (along with the Hierarchy troops after them) they all go through the portal and damage it with weapons fire. The damage cause the novus and hierarchy forces to appear over 2km above the land of equestria on opposite sides of the globe. The Hierarchy crash in what will be everfree forest (they bleed/use radiation to corrupt shit). The novus crash in the frozen north and are frozen (Mirabel is preserved by Viktors life support systems). That was about 100-200 years ago.

Now i borrow a little from transformers...just a little.

So ponies discover the novus forces frozen in the ice about 100 years later (not the hierarchy because the everfree is significantly fucked at this point). They take the symbiotes and several samples of technology for study (not public knowledge, this is why thier tech is wishy washy). blah blah blah

Fast forward to the current timeline...can't tell you anymore.

I wonder who's going to get what.......the possibilities.
