Not the half way post: Chapter 7 · 3:34pm May 9th, 2014
So I finally got around to collecting all my thoughts into a more structured outline, complete with "this goes in this chapter here" notes. Turns out I have way more stuff to share than I could fit into my original 12 chapter goal. At the moment, I have up through chapter 14 outlined, and that's not the end of the story so there will be more than 14 chapters. Huzzah!
I've been getting some great feedback from all the people leaving comments and from my pre-readers, so I'm going to do my best to use that feedback to make the rest of the chapters even better. I really feel like I can improve as a writer now that I've shared my story with the whole wide internet and can get feedback. So thank you all.
Anyways, chapter 7 is a sort of turning point for me personally. While working on this chapter I suddenly found myself with a new plan for future chapters. I did have a plan before writing chapter 7, but it wasn't as fleshed out and organized as the new one. I'm really looking forward to the next few chapters and seeing all your reactions in the comments section. Should be fun for both me and you.
