I recently came upon this story after fellow author Systemfail recommended it to me. I was advised by both Systemfail and AzureKaRyu that it is still being edited and rewritten for both grammatical and story improvement, so for the purpose of this review I will be ignoring them and focusing on the core of the story itself.
It is, in tradition, a Tragedy story. The thrown in Twilight Sparkle x Rainbow Dash shipping (trust me, no spoilers there, it is made clear in the very beginning of the story) serves to give the motive and backbone of a majority of the story, but isn't greatly explored in depth. This does, however, give readers a chance to focus more on how everypony feels about Rainbow Dash's crash and how it affected each of them. Keeping in mind that the story is still considered incomplete, the author may later choose to explore more on this either through the story or in the Prologue, but its current state is satisfying enough to be a decent read.
Many frequent FIMFiction readers may be turned off by the thought of reading through another Rainbow Dash crash story, but don't be foaled by its first impressions. If there's one thing this author loves more than anything, it's adding anticipation and new plot elements with every turn of the page (or click in this instance), and he actually pulls it off. Think you know what's going to happen next? You might, or you may be shocked. That's the beauty of it.
I can't say much more without spoiling anything in the story, so you'll just have to go read it yourself!
