Equestria Games should have been a two parter · 11:57am May 5th, 2014
Was that correct English? Probably not, don't know don't care.
Anyways....Equestria Games!
*DISCLAIMER* I'm not a reviewer, I'm just an opinionated teen who can't spell (*sighh* still no exuse) but if I make really poor, unjustified arguements....please..don't hurt me
While I still enjoyed the episode and I really loved Spike, and his conflict, and the moral. And I don't really have a problem with this episode, only that I really wished we could have seen more of the actual GAMES. I really would of loved to seen more of the events! More of what it would be like.
So this idea is probably going to be is stupid, because we already have a two part season finale (different season then?) but nonetheless, I think that Equestria Games should have been 2 episodes. The first episode could of ended after Spike humiliated himself and Cloudsdale with that HILARIOUS remix on the anthem. Then the episode could have flushed out the relay race more, or we could see more of that characters competing, SOMETHING LIKE THAT. (I wonder who Equestria's Usain Bolt is, probably Spitfire. Anyways he needs an OC :p)
Then the second episode could be about Spike's conflict, while still focusing on the games, and he could still have his awesome bit at the end when he save the Games and closed them off with the fireworks. Or at least something like that, in my head it works..I think.
But overall I still liked the episode :) but i have to call out of two bs points.
1. The Archer's Accident. WHAT THE FLUGELHORN . That should not have happened. Why?
-Force Field (Helloooo, Shining Armour Wake Up!)
-Weather control. It's a freaking archery event. Incidents like these are bound to happen. MOVE THE F*CKING CLOUDS YOU LAZY HORSE WITH WINGS. (sorry)
okay that's really it but it's still easy to do and to be honest, I wasn't as mad as I'm making out to be. Because Spike's rescue was totally metal.
2. Last but not least, and to be honest, nobody's going to care, no one even sees these anyways. And if they do, then they are probably not going to care either. But I care. I care a lot. So I'm going to bring this up.
WHERE THE HELL, WERE THE ZEBRAS?!?!
There were Griffons!! Ponies!! (obviously) But where are my zebras at?! Seriously! There wasn't even anyone there representing Zebra kind! What, is Zecora like the only one left? Aren't Zebras allowed to compete?!
joking, Joking! JOKING!
But seriously, I would have reallyyyyy like to have seen some zebras, maybe even the buffaloes. Maybe they just chose not to compete. That's a shame.
But I think that's it of my rant. Still enjoyed this episode, can't wait for season FINALE. eeeeeeeeeeee!
