    A quick Slamjam postmortem note

So, the creator of one of the OCs I wrote about just about flipped his lid at me because I gave his character a gay shipping story, ruining his message of platonic bromance and emotionally vulnerable heterosexual dudes.

    Part 1: Poetry

“But I hate poetry” well that’s because you’re doing it wrong. A poem of the type that we were told to write in this class is just a short, condensed piece of work that shows who you are and what you do as a writer.

Re-discovering the Sky... · 5:58pm May 1st, 2014

I've been writing about Cloudsdale, and describing what it would be like to build a literal castle on a cloud.

The day before yesterday, I was re-introduced to what it really looks like up there. It's easy to forget how beautiful it really is five miles above the ground. You really could believe that you've flown to in a different world, with a cloudscape instead of a landscape, and that somewhere out there is a race of fantastic winged creatures who can roll around in cumulus and treat it like the semi-solid cottony surface that it looks like.
